Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

1. What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you sign up. When you upload a video for analysis, the file is transmitted to Google Gemini for processing — we do not store the video on our servers. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to provide the Branvio service, process your analyses, manage your account and billing, and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We use Google Gemini (video analysis), Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Dodo Payments (billing), and Vercel (hosting). Each is a GDPR-compliant processor. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data retention

Videos are deleted immediately after analysis. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data from your account settings. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@branvio.com.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We use row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Supabase, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Branvio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
