1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Branvio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What we provide
Branvio is an AI-powered content analysis tool. We provide retention analysis (Retain), shadowban risk assessment (Shield), and conversion analysis (Convert) for short-form video content. All analysis is advisory only — we do not guarantee any specific performance outcome.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Branvio. You may not share your account with others or use Branvio to analyse content you do not own or have rights to.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Branvio to analyse content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the terms of the platforms it is intended for. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
6. Free tier
New accounts receive 3 free analyses (not monthly — total). Free analyses do not expire but are not replenished. Upgrading to a paid plan provides a monthly allowance as described in the pricing page.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant Branvio a temporary licence to process the content for analysis purposes only. This licence terminates when the video is deleted (immediately after analysis).
8. Disclaimers
Branvio is provided "as is". We make no warranty that analysis results will improve your content performance. Shield mode assesses risk based on known signals — it is not a guarantee against platform action.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branvio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
